After enrolling in the HomeStride™ program, your Advocate will take the lead in helping you get started with the process. They will connect you with a local lender to get pre-approved for a home loan and partner you with a REALTOR® for a Home Buyer or Home Seller consultation. This removes the guesswork and enables you to focus on what's next, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have an experienced and dedicated team on your side.

Following a consultation with a HomeStride™-approved REALTOR® or lender, you will have the confidence and knowledge to begin your search for your dream home or prepare your current home for the market. Our team of experts will put their knowledge and experience to work for you, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

Whether you are buying or selling a home, your HomeStride™ approved REALTOR® will be there to assist you every step of the way. They will work with you to make an offer on a home or review offers with you, empowering you to make informed decisions that are best for you.

With HomeStride™ we offer additional support through our trusted partners, who can help you with various tasks like setting up utilities, moving your belongings with care, and insuring and securing your home. We're here to make the transition to your new home as seamless as possible.
