How it Works

To ensure that you receive personalized support throughout the process, you will be paired with a personal Advocate who will stay with you every step of the way.

Introduction

Your Advocate will explain the program's benefits and guide you through how it works, so you can make an informed decision about whether it's the right fit for you.

Consultation

To provide you with the most personalized service possible, your Advocate will take the time to discuss your wants, needs, goals, and timeframe in order to determine the best next steps for you. They will work closely with you to develop a tailored approach that meets your specific needs and preferences.

Partnering

After enrolling in the HomeStride™ program, your Advocate will take the lead in helping you get started with the process. They will connect you with a local lender to get pre-approved for a home loan and partner you with a REALTOR® for a Home Buyer or Home Seller consultation. This removes the guesswork and enables you to focus on what's next, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have an experienced and dedicated team on your side.

Home Buying or Selling

Following a consultation with a HomeStride™-approved REALTOR® or lender, you will have the confidence and knowledge to begin your search for your dream home or prepare your current home for the market. Our team of experts will put their knowledge and experience to work for you, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

Negotiations

Whether you are buying or selling a home, your HomeStride™ approved REALTOR® will be there to assist you every step of the way. They will work with you to make an offer on a home or review offers with you, empowering you to make informed decisions that are best for you.

Benefits

If you haven’t established a lender relationship, HomeStride™ is happy to assist in pairing you with a reliable lender. The lender will then guide you in exploring your available options, ultimately facilitating the purchase of your desired property.”
