When participating in the HomeStride™ program as a buyer or seller, you may be eligible for a monetary reward*. This reward may be credited to you at closing and applied to your allowable closing costs and/or loan prepaids or REALTOR® commissions*. Once the amount of your reward has been calculated and approved, your reward will be verified on the Final Settlement Statement provided at escrow.

HomeStride™ collaborates exclusively with real estate brokers who are recognized members of the National Association of REALTORS®. Requirements include, but are not limited to, a minimum number of annual transactions and at least four years’ experience as a full-time REALTOR® with knowledge of their local real estate markets.
HomeStride’s™ network of vendors go through a series of interviews to verify their quality of services, service commitments, communication levels, and overall customer care. HomeStride’s™ vetting should not be a replacement for your own judgment.

Yes. Our network REALTORS® bring a level of professionalism that supports the success of the HomeStride™ program. The HomeStride™/REALTOR® agreement allows the reward to remain compliant. Note that not all REALTORS® may meet HomeStride’s™ requirements.
The HomeStride™ package of additional benefits are available independently of the HomeStride™ Reward.
No, program benefits do not require financing with a network lender. Cash buyers are also eligible for rewards. If you have a lender who offers exceptional service and want to recommend them, please reach out to a HomeStride™ team member.
Depending on where you are in the process, we may be able to facilitate a change in REALTORS® to another HomeStride™ network REALTOR®.
There is no limit to the number of times you can take advantage of the HomeStride™ program.

No, the HomeStride™ program can be used for land purchases, single-family and multi-family (up to four units) residential properties, including but not limited to condominiums, PUDs, and qualifying manufactured homes. This service includes owner-occupied homes, second/vacation homes, and investment properties.
