When participating in the HomeStride™ program as a buyer, you may be eligible for a monetary reward. This reward can be credited to you at closing and applied to your allowable closing costs and/or loan prepaids. When participating in the HomeStride™ program as a seller, your credit can be applied toward commissions and/or other closing costs. Your HomeStride™ team has already negotiated these rewards with our affiliated REALTORS and lenders. The amount credited depends on the commissions paid to the REALTOR®. Note that lenders may have specific rules on how the credit can be applied. Cash rewards are not available where prohibited by law or by the lender.
